Subscriptions are active for the full duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 30 days for monthly or 365 days for yearly plans).
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, the cancellation will only prevent automatic renewal of your subscription.
Cancellation does not result in a refund for any unused portion of your current subscription period.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to GSTCODE.COM services until your subscription expires.

If you decide to cancel your account altogether, please contact our support team at support@gstcode.com.
Upon account cancellation, any remaining report generation credits or benefits will be forfeited.

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
Once you purchase a subscription plan, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether you use all of your allocated report generations.

In rare cases where a technical error or billing mistake is confirmed by GSTCODE.COM, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date and will require appropriate evidence of error or discrepancy.
All decisions regarding refunds are final and made at the sole discretion of CSART.
